Return Process

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included for our technical team to verify the device condition.

  Package Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the securely packed item.

  Refund Processing

  After the item passes our quality check at the warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
